BOOKING

Booking is done by mail. You can use the application form down below. Please fill it in completely, put your name and sign up. It can be mailed immediately.
The form can also be printed out, filled in by hand and send by post to one of the organizing partners. See ‘Contact’. You can also ask for the form by phone, fill it in, sign and send it back.
Your application is only definitive when we have received your application form and application -payment.
Please send the (non refundable) E 80, down payment for each person on your application form to one of the two following bank accounts: For application in Belgium: Account number: 789-5227885-88 on the name ISS, Oude Baan 104, B-2390 Belgium, mentioning Ohayo Summer School 2009. For application in the Netherlands; Account number: 1434.57.144 (Rabobank, Bladel) on the name ISS, Oude Baan 104, B-2390 Belgium, mentioning Ohayo Summer School 2009.

DISCOUNT
Application and paying in full before June 15 2009 gives you a considerable discount.


When the money is transferred you get a confirmation of your application for the Ohayo Summer School week. At least one week before the week starts you will receive all necessary information and itinerary!



Enrolment and Payment Conditions for the Ohayo Summer School 2009.
1. Enrolment and Confirmation

a. Booking for the Ohayo Summer School can only be done by mailing of the application form, completely filled in and signed.
b. Booking is definite after the payment of the application money at E 80, per person on one of the accounts of the organisation.
c. On receipt of the application form and the money you get a confirmation of your booking.
2. Payment
a. The total Fee for participation at the Ohayo Summer School has to be received at one of the accounts of the organisation at least one week before the start.
b. If you want to use the early participants discount the total fee has to be paid before the 15th of June 2009.
c. In case of an exception, it is possible to pay the total fee cash immediately after arrival at the Summer School at the reception-office. The application money has to be paid in advance.
d. The application money is an advance on the total fee.
3. Cancelling
a. Until one month before the start of the Ohayo Summer School there is no cost on cancelling your booking for the activity and you will receive your application money in return.
b. In case of cancelling between 1 month and 2 weeks before the start of the Ohayo Summer School we have to charge you 20% of the total Fee for administration cost.
c. In case of cancelling within 2 weeks before the start of the Ohayo Summer School you will owe the Total Fee, unless you can prove by letter of a Medical Doctor that it is impossible for you to attend the Ohayo Summer School activity. In this case you pay the 20% administration cost.
d. You don’t have to pay any cancelling cost when you can bring somebody in who can take your place participating in Ohayo Summer School.
e. When you leave the Ohayo Summer School during the week it is not possible to refund the Fee or any part of it.
4. Programme
a. The organisation commits itself to execute the program as announced in quality and quantity.
b. Until one week before the start of the Ohayo Summer School the programme can be slightly changed, also because of the number of participants. The changes are published on the website.
c. If, beyond the influence of the organisation, a part of the programme cannot go on, the organisation will do everything to replace the part by some activity of the same quality level.
d. A Summer activity like the Ohayo Summer School is a dynamic and living event, small changes in the programme and spontaneous activities can happen and are part of the game.
5. Liability
a. The organisation is not responsible for any damage or harm caused by persons or things that are used by the Ohayo Summer School. Also the Ohayo Summer School has no responsibility for claims by a shortcoming due to obligations resulting from the application, unless in case of purpose or glaring guilt.
