A program with a Diversity of Subjects
In Ohayo Summer School week you make the program of your own choice based on 60 activities, spread over 6 days.

If you like to be relaxed go for a lesson with a “hands on” atmosphere or treat yourself to a personal food & lifestyle consultation, shiatsu treatment, chair or foot massage.
Do you want to deepen your insight? Take your pick from subjects like diagnosis, healing, therapy, management, home decoration and feng shui.

All of the lessons and lectures are optional, there is room to suit your mood; a drink with friends at the Ohayo Cafe; a stroll along the bank of the River Schelde or a visit to the very beautiful old city centre of Antwerp.

And…don’t forget to bring your children as we have an excellent program for them too

Children's Programme


We are going to have a fantastic week; we discover nature (bring your bike if possible). We can go sailing on the Galgenmeer, make daily campfire, cook, roast tofu and other delicious stuff on the barbecue, make our own drinks and ice-cream with a real ice-cream machine. We will do sports, search and short hikes, sing and dance. Evenings we can sit in our Tipi or watch some cool break dancers…and join them!!

Meals, Shops & Ohayo Cafe

Meals
An experienced kitchen team provides a la macrobiotique, organic-vegetarian meal, 3 times a day, freshly cooked, rich in variety, balanced and processed naturally. There are special dishes for little children. If you have questions concerning the meals please made them known to the office when you enrol.

  

Bookshop
Here you will find a great choice of books on subjects like Natural Lifestyle, Cooking, Shiatsu, Do-In, Feng Shui and Chinese medicine in different languages.

Cooking Shop
A special collection of useful tools for your macrobiotic kitchen and some hard to find biological products and ingredients, so after a cooking class you can buy the ingredients to practise what you just learned at home.

Ohayo Cafe
If you fancy a snack the cafe offers a wide range of delicious organic cookies, pies, sweets, coffee and drinks. How about a good Belgian (Trappist) beer or a nice glass of wine in the evening? The Ohayo cafe is also the place for meet and greet and to just let your hair down.

Going through the Motions
There are times of day at the Natural Body, Natural Mind week when there are clusters of lessons, (meal) breaks and an evening programme. In each cluster, be it a day or an evening activity, you have a choice of a theoretical or practical class. An early bird can have a bright start to his/her day with 3 excercise classes to choose from, between 7.00 and 8.00 am before breakfast.

Daily Rythm
07.00hr – 08.00hr movement / DO-IN
Breakfast: 08.00hr – 09.00hr
09.00hr – 10.30hr choice of 3 activities
11.00hr – 12.30hr choice of 3 activities
Lunch buffet: 12.30hr – 14.00hr
14.00hr – 16.00hr choice of 2 activities
16.3hr0 - 18.00hr choice of 3 activities
Diner buffet: 18.00hr – 19.30hr
20.00hr – 22.00hr Evening program
Ohayo Cafe open untill 24.00 midnight.
